Position Summary Investigators at the Taub Institute for Research on Alzheimer's Disease and the Aging Brain are looking to hire a motivated senior staff associate fluent in English and Spanish. The associate will play a central leadership role in multidisciplinary research studies that focus on exceptional longevity and neuroinfectious disease. This position requires advanced clinical research expertise, exceptional organizational judgment, and the ability to manage complex projects with a high degree of independence. The coordinator will oversee daytoday study operations, supervise junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of research integrity, regulatory compliance, and participant care. Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of clinical research experience, preferably in psychology, neuroscience, nursing, or a related field. Must be able to prioritize assignments and work independently and display excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and meet internal and external deadlines is essential. Must be highly organized, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The applicant must be bilingual/fluent in English and Spanish and be able to communicate study-related materials to participants in both languages effortlessly. The work schedule requires some flexibility to accommodate participant schedules, and a modest amount (<1/month) of domestic travel should be expected. Preferred Qualifications Past involvement in clinical trials in the field of aging and dementia would be useful. The successful applicant should be able to research literature and prepare and analyze data for publication. Experience with REDCap, EPIC, iLab and Columbia's RASCAL system would be a plus. Experience with MRI-based research protocols, biospecimen handling, or community-engaged research is advantageous. Candidates who can offer a two-year commitment are preferred.
