Dental Assistant II

Position Summary
Join Creighton's mission-driven dental clinic, where education and service go hand-in-hand. As a Dental Assistant, you'll work with a team of highly trained Dental Assistants and alongside students and faculty to provide affordable, compassionate care to a diverse community. This role supports student learning while upholding the highest standards in infection control, patient safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Accredited Dental Assisting program graduate

• Dental radiography and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

• 5-10 years of experience preferred

• Passion for education, teamwork, and community service

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dental students chairside under faculty supervision

• Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments

• Take dental x-rays and document in the EHR system

• Help manage clinical supply inventory

• Model professionalism and best practices in a teaching environment
