Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales support to Customers by:

• Professionally answering incoming calls and emails regarding product questions, billing, and service.
• Entering customer orders, calculating pricing and discounts, keeping customers informed of shipment date modifications.
• Processing repair or return orders
• Building customer relationships
• Working with the Purchasing team to get purchase orders placed with vendors as required.  Track and expedite orders as necessary.
• Working with cross functional teams to get product records loaded and updated with current pricing as required to maintain accuracy.

 Qualifications:

• Three to five years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of the fluid power industry is a plus
