Learning Center Specialist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Training and Experience:

Required:

• Proficiency with all manner of Microsoft Office suite applications
• Proficiency with computer and network systems
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
• Be able to obtain and/or maintain Security+ certification

Desired:

• Experience with computer repair and diagnostics
• Familiarity with US Government network systems and requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with military flight training programs

Security Clearance:

Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.

• Maintain, repair, inventory, and replace the Learning Center student computers
• Configure, inventory, and distribute Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) to students, permanent party military, and contractors
• Ensure academic lessons and reference materials are available and operating correctly on student devices
• Enable computer-based testing materials and ensure test results are documented for students
• Additional responsibilities given at the discretion of the customer (within the scope of the contract and CBA)
