What You'll Do:
Keep production running smoothly by managing material flow, replenishing inventory, and supporting workstations across the floor.
- Pull bulk containers from Kanban systems and deliver materials to assigned workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels at workstations and replenish materials to avoid production delays.
- Notify appropriate teams when materials reach reorder levels.
- Return excess or unused materials to proper storage locations.
- Ensure all materials, containers, and finished goods are properly labeled.
- Transport completed products to designated storage or staging areas.
- Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and inventory accuracy efforts.
- Assist with line changeovers and provide support to assembly teams as needed.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete required production and inventory documentation accurately.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, material handling, or production support.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, material flow, and part identification.
- Ability to read and interpret part numbers and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Basic SAP or inventory system knowledge is preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification during initial training period.
- Basic knowledge of assembly, packing, and material handling processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
