Overview Compensation Analyst
Location: Remote | United States About This RoleHyland is seeking a Compensation Analyst to play a critical role in designing and delivering competitive, compliant, and business-aligned compensation programs. With a strong emphasis on sales compensation plans, this role also supports broad-based compensation, annual salary programs, and other incentive compensation initiatives. You'll partner closely with HR and business leaders to drive performance and results - bringing analytical rigor, market insight, and strategic thinking to everything you do. Lead sales compensation programs, including plan design, modeling, analysis, and ongoing administration, while also supporting broad-based and incentive compensation initiatives across the organization.
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $142,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
