This role provides strategic leadership while fostering a collaborative, high-performing IT team focused on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions across the organization. The IT Manager partners closely with business units, field operations, and corporate teams to ensure seamless service delivery, leveraging modern networking technologies and strong IT service management practices to enhance the end user experience. Main Responsibilities:
* Embrace the Company's safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams. Main Responsibilities Continued:
* Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, cost control, capital planning, and procurement to ensure effective use of resources. Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Skills:
* 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Physical Requirements:
* Wears and maintains required PPE (personal protective equipment) to ensure safe performance of job responsibilities as required. Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation*: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE *Estimated target starting compensation; actual compensation to be determined based on assessment of an individual's qualifications, education, and experience relevant to the role. Benefits: All full-time salary employees are eligible to participate in Simon benefits as defined in plan documents. Available benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, term life insurance, supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, 401K with company match, short and long-term disability, flexible spending plan, and education assistance.
