The Specialist, Digital Marketing role supports and executes the firm's digital marketing initiatives across email, web, intranet, CRM-driven campaigns, social media and event platforms to enhance brand visibility and support business development goals. The role manages end-to-end digital campaigns, maintains and optimizes digital platforms and templates, and collaborates with lawyers and marketing colleagues to deliver brand compliant, client-focused content.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the go-to-market digital strategies for revenue generation, profile development and brand awareness of the business's global strategy to meet KPIs outlined in the global business plan; track and report on progress of same.

  • Assist firm leadership and department heads in the development and execution of digital initiatives that create awareness of the firm's strengths and brand.

  • Facilitate digital marketing campaigns by collaborating with project leads and the digital content marketing team to evaluate the opportunity, develop the strategic approach, deliver digital assets and report on digital analytics that lead to successful outcomes.

  • Liaise with global and regional brand, creative, digital and content team members to provide input on digital cross-sell opportunities and other priority projects to expand the portfolio of digital support provided.

  • Own external and internal event app support, coordination and delivery in collaboration with the in-house events team related to the promotion of the firm.

  • Compile and track data for reporting on digital performance metrics and provide insights to senior marketing staff.

  • Develop and maintain digital content for the firm to go-to-market efficiently and consistently, and in particular organizing and managing relevant digital content in collaboration with other Business Development, Marketing and Communications team members.

  • Provide input for brand positioning to convey consistent messages about our firm and ensure all marketing communications channels are exploited, including use of social media in consultation with business leaders and department heads.

  • Work with the global and US Information Technology team to identify, pursue and develop innovative digital opportunities.

  • Coordinate contributions and input into business development systems including our content management systems, intranets, Microsoft Teams and other digital repositories for holding all digital content such as videos, podcasts, blogs and thought leadership.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant and professional experience in digital marketing, digital media, or marketing.

  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 8 years of relevant and professional experience in digital marketing, digital media, or marketing.

  • Experience in law firm or professional services environment preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, along with experience with Microsoft CoPilot. Exhibits the ability to pick up tech stacks quickly, with desire to learn new technology.

  • Knowledge of software and platforms such as Sitecore, Hubspot, Wordpress, Coveo, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and Google Analytics.

  • Working knowledge of HTML and search-engine optimization. GEO knowledge a plus.

  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and mindset of continuous learning.

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels by being responsive, proactive and curious.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers, administrative staff, lawyers and work independently with a willingness to work additional hours in the execution of his or her duties.

  • A results-driven self-starter, multitasker and team player that works well under pressure

  • Demonstrates agility in responding to requests with accuracy and quality in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrates good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding how to write for social media. Has strong research and analytical skills.
