Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the inventory, technology procurement and invoice reconciliation. Coordinates service with third party vendors, plans and facilitates reclamation and re-distribution of technology. Develops and maintains documentation, as well as provide inventory utilization reports to our customers.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinates and manages the inventory database and technology procurement, and executes the reclamation and re-distribution of technology.
  • Responsible for the technology database's accuracy and invoice reconciliation.
  • Along with business leadership, identifies and procures technology, sends equipment out for repair, and sends retired equipment reports and other details to finance.
  • Works with departments to manage technology lifecycle and asset inventories.
  • Coordinates and maintains efforts such as preventative maintenance scheduling, warranty and/or RMA processing for technology staff and service plans.
  • Responsible for measuring and monitoring budget performance, service levels and quality metrics in technology inventory.
  • Provides mentoring to less senior team members and is accountable as role model for customer service excellence.
  • Understands both the current and future states of the technology, and is able to define and articulate pros, cons and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Expected to work 2-3 days per week onsite at either our east or west location.
Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the field

Preferred

  • Associate's Degree/Technical school or equivalent
  • 7 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Experience managing processes, assets and vendors within the medical technology and equipment field
  • Experience writing user-defined reports
