Job Title: CMMC Business Analyst

Location(s): St. Louis, MO

Description and Location
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support initiatives involving regulatory compliance, security frameworks, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on BA experience across prior projects, strong documentation and stakeholder skills, and exposure to CMMC and/or NIST frameworks. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
• Translate regulatory and compliance needs (CMMC, NIST) into clear, actionable requirements.
• Partner with technical teams, security stakeholders, and business owners to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Support solution design, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and traceability matrices.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through delivery

• Demonstrated Business Analyst experience across multiple past projects.
• Experience working with or supporting initiatives related to CMMC and/or NIST frameworks.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, regulated environments.

• Salesforce knowledge or experience.
• Experience supporting security, compliance, or risk-related programs.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
