Divisional Overview

The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) division integrates financial planning, spend management, third-party risk management, product management and engineering teams to support strategic decisions across the firm. Within the division, Global Procurement strategically manages third-party engagement, optimizing value and mitigating risks across the supply chain. Key functions include Supplier Partnerships, Strategic Sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Travel, and Sustainable Operations driving sustainability initiatives.

Role Overview

Within Supplier Partnerships, the Technology Business Development (TechBD) team drives innovation and commercial impact by building strategic engineering partnerships, supporting client engagement and strengthening the firm's connection to the startup, Fintech and investor ecosystem.

TechBD supports technology discovery, identifying emerging solutions aligned to evolving business needs, and helps the firm to prioritize the right opportunities. The team also delivers a 360-degree view of technology companies across the firm, unifying client and vendor perspectives to enable more strategic coordinated engagement. This dual lens strengthens decision-making around partnerships, client relationships and market opportunities.

Acting as a bridge between external innovation and internal stakeholders, the team enhances vendor strategy, deepens client engagement and unlocks new avenues for growth.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential (Responsibilities)



  • Cultivate strategic relationships across firm-wide business units, Engineering and external technology companies, providing transparency and deriving commercial value.
  • Facilitate alignment between business units, Global Procurement and Engineering, ensuring priorities and initiatives are synchronized.
  • Provide insights on technology vendor engagement to support senior leadership interactions.
  • Discover third-party technologies that address internal challenges.
  • Monitor technology trends, FinTech, Venture Capital, and portfolio company landscapes to inform strategy and manage relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM insights for opportunities and company engagements.
  • Track and report on team activities and contribute to strategic decision-making.


Skills and Experience We Are Looking For (Qualifications)



  • 3-5 years of experience in Technology, Financial Services, or Consulting.
  • Proficient technical acumen, business operations, and building strong professional relationships.
  • 3+ years in advisory, investment, or relationship/stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage CRM tools for data management and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven capacity to deliver presentations to senior executives.
  • Execution-focused, results-oriented, and proactive, capable of managing multiple time-sensitive projects and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage complex tasks and mediating disputes with little oversight.
  • Adept at working cooperatively with diverse groups, including technical experts and business-focused individuals.
