Support Analyst

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Support Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide full-time Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government program offices.

• Plan, organize, and lead meetings, including preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting minutes and action items.

• Develop high-quality presentations, briefings, and other documents for various audiences using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of and familiarity with classification marking guidance and procedures to ensure all materials are handled and marked appropriately.

• Analyze program data, support strategic planning efforts, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and program management to ensure clear communication and alignment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with experience briefing government personnel.

• Proven experience running and facilitating meetings.

• Ability to think critically and act decisively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Must be a self-starter, adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and comfortable interfacing with senior-level government clients.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily CONUS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or similar DoD organizations.

• Experience working in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

• Top Secret/SCI clearance is highly desired.
