We're looking for a Warehouse & Delivery Supervisor to lead operations at our New Berlin facility, ensuring best-in-class service, accuracy, and efficiency for our customers.

In this role, you are critical to delivering on our promise of reliability and customer service. You will lead warehouse and delivery operations that directly support customer uptime and satisfaction.

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure efficient, on-time service
• Coordinate shipments, inter-branch transfers, and customer pickups
• Oversee order picking, packing, labeling, and shipping documentation
• Manage incoming shipments, inspections, and inventory accuracy
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts, system updates, and bin management
• Process transactions and shipping data in NetSuite
• Resolve shipping/receiving issues with internal teams quickly and effectively
• Manage shop supply inventory levels and transfers
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and delivery drivers
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid, clean driver's license
• Warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience (preferred)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
