Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Low Voltage Helper / Lift Spotter to assist field technicians on job sites in the Little Rock, AR area. This role supports low voltage installation work and is primarily responsible for spotting and assisting technicians operating aerial lifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the low voltage or construction industry. Key Responsibilities * Act as a spotter for aerial lifts and scissor lifts, ensuring safe movement and operation * Maintain awareness of surroundings, obstacles, pedestrians, and overhead hazards * Assist low voltage technicians with basic tasks such as material handling, tool staging, and site cleanup * Follow all job site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines * Communicate clearly with lift operators and crew members * Help keep the work area organized and hazard-free * Perform additional general labor duties as needed Requirements * Ability to work on active construction or commercial job sites * Strong attention to safety and situational awareness * Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team * Reliable transportation to job site(s) * Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods * Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) * Prior construction, labor, or low voltage experience * Familiarity with lift safety or spotting procedures * OSHA 10 certification * Desire to learn low voltage systems and advance in the trade Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for long periods * Comfortable working around lifts and construction equipment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Little Rock, AR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
