As an *Inbound Financial Services Representative*, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for clients seeking support, guidance, and solutions for their banking needs.
This role blends relationship-building, problem-solving, and digital savvy-giving you the opportunity to make banking easier while helping clients reach their financial goals. What You'll Do *Be the Voice Clients Trust* * Handle inbound calls and assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and everyday banking needs. *Build Lasting Relationships* * Create meaningful, personalized conversations that build trust and deepen client relationships. *Solve Problems with Purpose* * Understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and recommend simple, effective solutions. *Offer the Right Financial Solutions* * Educate clients on a wide range of banking products, including accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and protection products. *Champion Digital Banking* * Guide clients through digital banking tools and features, empowering them to bank with confidence anytime, anywhere. *Collaborate for Client Success* * Partner with internal specialists and refer clients when additional expertise supports their financial goals. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
