Job Description
The Engagement Associate provides supportive services for clients who are experiencing problems as a result of a behavioral health or substance use disorder. Services include interventions based on current treatment plan, crisis intervention, and psychosocial assessment. Engagement Specialist will also work to coordinate services with internal and external service providers. The Engagement Specialist functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team for client care and works effectively in a multicultural setting. This role is the result of combining several BH support role, i.e. Peer Outreach Worker, Peer rehab Spec, Family Support Worker and Transition Peer Outreach Worker. The Engagement Specialist works under the regular supervision and direction of the Team Leader or designee. Minimum Requirements
