The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our expanding Anatomic Pathology Department. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at our Froedtert main campus location. We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care.

Position Highlights:
  • Physician-led department with 56 faculty serving seven affiliated hospitals.

  • Primary practice location at Froedtert Hospital with a high-volume, busy cancer center.

  • Subspecialty sign-out model with strong collaboration between pathologists, clinicians, and surgeons.

  • Access to Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories (ISO 15189-accredited) with comprehensive histology, IHC, cytogenetics, and molecular capabilities.

Schedule:
  • Full-time faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.

  • Provide coverage during core business hours with some flexibility required, as necessary, to accommodate business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must qualify for an appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor of Pathology or higher.

  • Be Board Certified in, or eligible for certification in AnatomicPathology or both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

  • Havecompleted fellowshiptraining in a surgical pathology subspecialty or cytopathology.

  • Candidates should be qualified for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Wisconsin.
