Job Overview:

Manufacturing Team Members develop competency and performance in basic assembly and/or inspection. They follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements to help create lifesaving or enhancing medical devices.

Shift available: 3rd- 10:35pm- 6:35am Sunday- Thursday

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Experience MTM I : 0-1 years experience in a manufacturing environment/ mechanical position

Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction. Must learn to recognize obvious defects in workmanship. Ability to use blueprints & microscopes a plus.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.

2. Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's).

3. Understands own tasks and how they relate to others in their team. Works under moderate Supervision where duties are clearly defined. Will follow Standard Work where applicable.

4. Understands overall production flow within their department.

5. Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation.

6. Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.

7. Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

8. May package assemblies for shipping.

9. Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.

10. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

11. Actively participates in "flex break" programs as required.

12. Expands skill base through on the job training, cross training and classroom instruction.

13. Performs other functions as required.

Salary $19.55 per hour ($17.00 per hour plus 15% shift differential)

Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
