Customer Service Representative - Mortgage Service Center (Temporary Contract) Location: KIC - Kamehameha Industrial Center, Honolulu, HI Parking: Free parking available for temporary employees Duration: ASAP through July 1, 2026 Work Environment: Onsite Employment Type: W2 contract Job Description TEKsystems is partnering with a well-established local bank in Honolulu to support their Mortgage Service Center. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with high-volume mortgage-related customer inquiries and administrative processing. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound customer phone calls related to mortgage accounts in a professional and courteous manner * Provide accurate information regarding mortgage servicing inquiries * Update internal systems with customer requests, including: * Auto-pay enrollments and changes * Name and address updates * Processing and documenting returned mail * Ensure all customer interactions and system updates are completed accurately and in compliance with internal procedures * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and financial information Required Qualifications * Prior customer service experience (call center, banking, or financial services preferred) * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills * Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems * High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service * Professional demeanor and reliability Preferred Qualifications * Experience in banking, mortgage servicing, or financial services * Familiarity with payment processing or account maintenance * Previous experience handling sensitive or confidential information Why TEKsystems TEKsystems connects top talent with meaningful opportunities across the country.
