Inside Sales Representative (ISR) *Location:* Onsite in Denver, CO, 80207
*Schedule:* 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (your choice) *Base Salary:* $55,000-$65,000 + bi-annual bonus *Employment Type:* Direct Hire (Permanent) About the Company We are a long-standing industrial organization that distributes *ABB Motors and related products*, serving customers across the Mountain Time Zone. Position Overview As an *Inside Sales Representative*, you will be the primary point of contact for customers within an assigned territory. You'll support clients via phone and email with quotes, order processing, expediting, logistics coordination, warranties, and general account support. You will work closely with a dedicated Outside Sales Representative, acting as the internal sales and service partner for the territory. Our goal is for customers to rely on you as their go-to contact for day-to-day needs, while the Outside Sales Rep focuses on onsite visits, new business development, and meetings. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary customer contact via phone and email * Prepare and manage quotations, orders, credits, warranties, and returns * Expedite orders and coordinate logistics and delivery updates * Maintain accurate customer and order data in the CRM (SAP experience is a plus) * Proactively anticipate customer needs using product availability and customer footprint knowledge * Partner closely with an Outside Sales Representative to support territory growth * Prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously (calls, emails, order updates) Required Qualifications * 1-5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account support * (Open to new grads with strong communication and organizational skills) * Strong attention to detail and ability to process information quickly and accurately * Ability to anticipate follow-up needs and proactively provide solutions * Comfortable learning new systems, products, and customer accounts * Strong reliability, professionalism, and desire for long-term growth * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities * Positive attitude and willingness to engage in a collaborative, in-office culture Nice to Have * Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or automotive environments * Previous experience working with SAP * Exposure to territory-based sales or distributor support models Work Environment & Travel * Fully onsite role (no remote option) * No overtime, weekends, or after-hours work required * Assigned to a specific territory and Outside Sales partner * Occasional travel (approximately 2x per year) to visit customers with your Outside Sales Rep Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary ($55,000-$65,000) * Bi-annual bonus opportunities (June & December) * Health insurance (eligible after 90 days) * 401(k) with 3% company match * $10,000 life insurance policy * 2 weeks of PTO + 6 days of sick time * Wellness program reimbursement (up to $2,100 annually) Upon review of your application, you may be contacted by a TEKsystems recruiter via phone call or email to schedule an interview! *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr. 90 day trial prior to benefits going into effect - Health Insurance 3% 401K match $10K of life insurance 2 weeks of PTO and 6 days of STO They offer bi-annual bonuses (June and Dec) Can qualify for wellness program ($2,100 annually to apply to gym membership, equipment, etc.) *Workplace Type*This is a fully onsite position in Denver,CO. *Application Deadline*This position is anticipated to close on Apr 17, 2026. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
