We are seeking Value Stream Managers to join Moog's Space and Defense Group at our high-production facility in Blacksburg, VA. This onsite role reports to the Motion Control General Manager.

To be considered for the Value Stream Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline

• 7 years' experience in a related operations role within a complex manufacturing environment

• 7 of direct leadership experience.

• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external customers.

• A proven track record of driving results and improving business performance.

• Demonstrated success in leading change, managing ambiguity, and influencing others to achieve successful outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience implementing lean production, process improvement tools, Kaizen, LMS, etc.

• Experience providing employees with effective feedback, coaching, and development.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills, as well as excellent communication abilities at all levels, both internally and externally.

• Demonstrated business and technical acumen, with the ability to engage the right organizational resources to resolve customer problems efficiently.

• Demonstrated success driving operational performance in quality, delivery, and cost.

• Financial acumen and demonstrated experience driving success and improvements

As a Value Stream Manager, you will:

• Own and optimize an endtoend value stream to ensure efficient flow of product

• Align teams and priorities to customer and business needs and outcomes

• Coordinates crossfunctional delivery across engineering, operations, and stakeholders

• Measures and improves value performance using flow, quality, and outcome metrics

• Drive continuous improvement and remove constraints across the value stream

• KPIs - OTD, Lead Time, Quality, Revenue, Cost Control, Safety, Employee turnover

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
