UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Instructional Analyst/Developers opportunity for our customer at Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure, LLC (H2C) in support of the Training Department.
Instructional Analyst/Developers Close Date: 04.13.26 Number of Positions: 5 US Citizenship Required DUTIES Resources obtained from this requisition will be aligned with one or more of the three Tasks listed below. Performance of assignments will adhere to the first three elements of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design and Development,) of the SAT, specifically task analysis, objective design and content development for either the operations organization, the engineering organization or as applicable to emergent assignments as directed by H2C Training Management. . Responsibilities include conducting task analysis within the operational requirements domain to determine training needs, designing relevant objectives and developing new or revising existing training content for the classroom, computer or OJT as the examination methods (written or performance (OJE)) necessary to prove knowledge retention or skill proficiency. Once completed to the satisfaction of the Operations Training Manager, subcontract resources may be redirected to support the Engineering Training Manager with the development of systems training as explained above bolstering the knowledge of engineering staff positions that are assigned to facility operations, or emergent analysis assignments as directed by H2C Training Management. Experience: Minimum Qualifications
Desired Qualifications/Skills A minimum of 5 years' experience in a nuclear operations or high hazard industrial setting preferably in operations. Work Hours: Primary work location will be at 1814 Terminal Drive in Richland, WA 99354. Occasional visits to 200E/200W Hanford site and in town H2C facilities (2435 Stevens Center & 2505 Garlic) to support project review and status meetings may be necessary. Tank Farm access is not anticipated for the scope of this work. Hanford site standard work schedule consists of ten (10) hour days, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Standard Shift: Work will be performed during the Hanford standard schedule consisting of ten (10) hours of work between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch, Monday through Thursday. Non-Standard Workdays: Non-standard workdays are facility closure days which are inclusive of holidays, closures due to inclement weather, and any day of the week not included in the standard shift.
