To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position'
  • Be able to work part-time (20-30 hours/week) from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct independent Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of member materials, focusing on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform line-by-line comparison of documents against designated "Source of Truth" documentation.
  • Thoroughly review benefit information, cost-sharing details, and explanations of how health plans operate.
  • Proactively identify and document inconsistencies, errors, or subtle variations between documents.
  • Manage review processes efficiently to meet critical deadlines for document verification and distribution.
  • Work autonomously on repetitive content for extended periods, maintaining consistent focus and precision.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Professional experience in proofreading and quality assurance, with a focus on reviewing documents for accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to compare written material against "Source of Truth" documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for detecting small variations in content.
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly recognize inconsistencies and discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including skills in filtering, comparing data, and basic analysis.
  • Adeptness at learning and utilizing new internal review or QA software.
  • Proven ability to work independently, maintain focus on repetitive tasks, and manage workload effectively.
  • General business acumen.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Knowledge or experience with healthcare plans, health benefits terminology, or related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in understanding, reading, and analyzing health benefit documentation.
  • Background in Quality Assurance or Data Analysis.
  • Understanding of the importance of compliance in regulated materials.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.65 to $30.98 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
