What Does a Senior Account Executive do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Senior Account Executive is responsible for supporting the WinCo Foods business across Swire CocaCola territories throughout Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona, driving sustainable revenue, volume, and share growth. This role requires a strong influencer who translates national priorities into clear, executable market direction while aligning crossfunctional partners and executional standards across regions. Serving as the link between the customer, brand teams, supply chain, and Field Sales, the Sr. Account Executive travels up to 35% to align performance, standards, and executional discipline across all markets. Additional responsibilities include managing promotional calendars, forecasting based on channel criteria, developing Picture of Success (PicOS), and stewarding our annual Retail Strategies with measurable success against organizational KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong internal partnerships with Field Sales teams; provide coaching, motivation, and mentorship to representatives.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with District Managers, understanding their business priorities and language.
- Conduct business reviews to analyze performance and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
- Enhance innovation item launches (new SKUs, packages), equipment, and displays to improve SOVI.
- Collaborate with the Commercialization team on custom programs and impactful incentives.
- Partner with Field Sales and senior leadership to execute national and local business strategies.
- Hold self and others accountable for professionalism and effectiveness in the field.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer managers, leveraging insights to deliver mutual success.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven sales and/or account management experience.
- Experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with DSD experience preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing and commercial activation is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Skilled in Collaborating for Value (CFV) and Collaborative Business Planning.
- Willingness to travel within Swire geographies and across the U.S. as needed.
