Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented P&C Insurance Sales Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist with sales-related administrative tasks, ensure accurate quote documentation, and maintain positive client and team relationships. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing overall client experience in a fast-paced insurance environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and official records for the team.



  • Communicate professionally with internal associates, leadership, and external clients.



  • Contribute to team objectives by accomplishing related results as needed.



  • Promptly answer inbound calls and respond to emails with a high level of customer service.



  • Assist with or independently manage team projects as required.



  • Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.



  • Keep all sales demonstration tools and applications current and organized.



  • Support in developing presentations for potential customers.



  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.



  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.




Qualifications:

Required:




  • High School Diploma or equivalent.



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a P&C insurance agency or related environment.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.



  • Above-average phone and email etiquette.




Preferred:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.



  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness and ability to obtain one).



  • Experience working with CRM and quoting systems.



  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
