Description
We are hiring a Content Strategist, Proposals who will lead and support RFX-related initiatives. This role is also responsible for drafting, editing, and proofreading highquality content for special projects and broader organizational needs, with a strong focus on supporting Sales and business development efforts.

Supporting Meaningful Work
  • Leading content development for proposals, executive summaries, client presentations, and strategic communications across both RFX and non-RFX work
  • Shaping messaging frameworks and narrative structure aligned to customer needs, sales strategy, and opportunity context
  • Collaborating with sales, proposal managers, design, and cross-functional partners to align content approach and ensure consistency
  • Synthesizing inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, cohesive, and compelling narratives that drive understanding and decision-making
  • Leveraging AI tools to support content planning, drafting, and editing for speed, quality, and consistency
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent practical or military experience
  • 4+ years of experience in content development, proposal writing, marketing communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience developing content for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities such as RFX responses, client presentations, or strategic communications
  • Demonstrated ability to self-edit and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of content prior to submission
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliver high-quality work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams and using AI tools to support content development, drafting, and editing
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience developing executive-level and client-facing content, including presentations, strategic messaging, and sales-support materials
  • Experience partnering with sales teams or supporting client-facing opportunities
  • Experience collaborating with graphic and application design teams to ensure content is clearly and effectively represented
  • Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to guide stakeholders toward a clear narrative
