Program Manager, Design for Serviceability

Tesla is seeking a Program Manager to support the repair and maintenance optimization of future Tesla products. As a program manager, you will help set the requirements and provide key feedback to Design and Engineering teams to enhance vehicle serviceability.

• Act as central point of contact for communication for field in relation to retail strategy
• Develop and maintain brand standards and communicate to stakeholder teams
• Quantify the impact to business by creating business cases for identified constraints, leveraging data
• Highlight key takeaways from weekly meetings and disseminate to relevant teams
• Provide regular updates to keep the organization and business informed of progress and raise risks with urgency
• Drive the prioritization and completion of projects impacting customer experience

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair processes across all vehicle systems
• Effective communicator of project requirements and schedules
• Proactive attitude to identify potential service concerns and push decision to completion
• Evidence based decision-making skills
• Solid foundation and practice in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
