What to Expect
The Facilities Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing complete, accurate, and executionready maintenance job plans that support safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing facilities and critical plant infrastructure. This role defines what work will be done and how, ensuring labor, materials, tools, documentation, and safety requirements are fully planned before work is scheduled and executed. The Facilities Maintenance Planner focuses on facilities maintenance execution and coordinates with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and reliability teams to support uptime and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Develop detailed job plans for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance supporting manufacturing facilities and plant utilities
- Define scopes of work including job steps, labor estimates, trade skill requirements, sequencing, and production constraints
- Identify, coordinate, and stage required materials, tools, spare parts, and specialty equipment to support timely execution
- Ensure job plans include all required safety and production risk controls, including LOTO, JSA/JHA, PPE, permits, and coordination with manufacturing schedules
- Maintain and improve job plans, task lists, asset hierarchies, and bills of material within FLUX for facilities and infrastructure assets
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations, maintenance trades, engineering, and reliability teams to align planning with uptime and throughput goals
- Review completed work orders and execution feedback to drive planning accuracy, standardization, reduced rework, and increased wrench time
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or maintenance planning roles
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing facility systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, water, and other plant utilities
- Demonstrated proficiency using FLUX or similar maintenance planning and work management systems in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, P&IDs, manuals, and technical documentation
- Solid understanding of industrial safety and manufacturing compliance requirements (LOTO, OSHA, PPE, permitrequired work)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, productiondriven environment
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across maintenance trades, manufacturing operations, engineering, and leadership

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $180,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
