The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Pharmacy Resident achieves objectives and competencies for each rotation in accordance with ASHP standards for residents in pharmacy practice. The Pharmacy Resident actively participates in patient care and ensures that medications are provided in a safe and rational manner. Any and all requirements of MMC employment will be met. In addition, the resident will conduct an independent research project. This project will be presented at the per year residency conference. Staffing in the pharmacy department is also required as needed by the determination of the pharmacy management team. Qualifications: Required:
