This IT Program Manager candidate will work closely with IT and business leadership to oversee large, enterprise-wide programs that support key corporate business initiatives. As a member of the PMO, this individual will manage team members through successful collaboration, coordination, and communication across all levels in the organization using TSI standard project management processes. This opportunity requires expert knowledge and experience in large scale technology programs and a proven ability to lead diverse implementation teams. What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): * Provide Expert Program Management including: * Defining large scale project/program objectives and ensuring alignment with TSI enterprise business and IT strategies. * Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing enterprise level projects and programs while adhering to TSI PMO standard project management methodologies including developing project charters, scope, resource, requirements, risk, issue, schedule, budget, procurement, communication, and quality management plans. * Informing management on project and program objectives and progress; escalating issues for prompt remediation. * Ensuring clear processes and procedures are defined and executed during the life of the project or program. * Enabling crisp communication using standard tools and reporting rhythms including issues, risks, gaps, decisions, status, and critical upcoming events and formal stage gate reporting. * Leading cross-functional project teams including business and IT resources across multiple functional areas in a matrixed organization. * Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project/program. * Facilitating and coordinating test plans, training plans and organizational change management initiatives. * Overseeing external vendor relationships where necessary. * Managing business and technology resources responsible for the implementation including data quality efforts for master data. * Serving as stakeholder advocate and ensuring balanced decisions are made throughout the project that consider return on investment, risk mitigation, data integrity, employee satisfaction, and sustainability. * Perform other duties as assigned. Salary Range: $107,000-$152,000 What You'll Need (Qualifications): * Proven experience managing and overseeing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and projects * Ability to closely manage enterprise level program and project schedules, budgets, scope, and resources * Adept in industry standard project management methodologies; adheres firmly to standard processes * Previous successful ERP implementation experience or support of an ERP implementation desired; Microsoft D365 preferred * Superb communication and collaboration skills including the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms and the ability to foster collaboration among team members and business stakeholders * Strong leadership, presentation skills, and ability to effectively and efficiently lead meetings for all levels of stakeholders * Adept at situational leadership * Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to describe the big picture and details alike * Demonstrated ability to plan ahead and forecast activities, days, weeks, and months in advance. * Self-starter with the ability to take initiative/pro-actively solve problems * Expert in process definition and process improvement initiatives * Understanding of current industry trends and general business knowledge * General proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university * PMP Certification preferred * Proficiency in, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Microsoft Project * Experience with Teams, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Visio Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
