Description
Position Summary
The Buyer II is responsible for planning and procuring production-related materials-including raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods-to support manufacturing requirements while maintaining targeted inventory levels. This role leverages SAP MRP outputs, planning tools, and supplier agreements to ensure continuity of supply, cost effectiveness, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The Buyer II works closely with cross-functional partners and suppliers to address supply risks, resolve material issues, and support the transition of materials from project phases into full production. Primary Duties
The pay for this role is between $75,000 and $94,801. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
