Commercial Operations and Enablement Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to design, build, and operationalize a scalable project management framework that enables and accelerates our commercial initiatives across sales, marketing, and revenue operations. The Sr. Operations Project Manager, Commercial plays a critical role in driving execution and operational excellence across the Commercial organization. The individual in this role will manage complex crossfunctional projects, and establishes the operational infrastructure needed to proactively prioritize, plan, and deliver highimpact work.

This systems and process-oriented project leader will bring structure to complex, fast-moving, and cross-functional environments. You will be embedded in the Commercial Operations team, managing, supporting and driving technology and process optimization projects and develop the foundation for how commercial enablement work is prioritized, resourced, governed, and delivered. Our ideal candidate:

Responsibilities

Commercial Project Leadership

  • Lead endtoend planning, coordination, and delivery of crossfunctional commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and ontime execution.

  • Partner with stakeholders to scope project requirements, estimate resource needs, and develop actionable project timelines.

Commercial Operations & Process Optimization

  • Build and manage a formal intake and prioritization process for Commercial Operations, ensuring clarity on project requests, business impact, and resource allocation.
  • Develop a prioritization framework (e.g., ROI, effort, alignment) to objectively evaluate and rank initiatives for Commercial Operations leadership.
  • Monitor team capacity, workload, and milestones to inform resource planning and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Define KPIs to track project success, throughput, and operational performance.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Act as a key connector between Commercial Operations and Technology project management teams to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Communicate project timelines, risks, and status updates clearly to stakeholders and resolve issues that may impact delivery.
  • Influence crossfunctional alignment by providing datadriven recommendations and facilitating decisionmaking in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations project management or related field
  • Experience in biotech, diagnostics, medical device, life sciences, or related industries preferred.
  • 3+ years of project management experience working with commercial enablement technology release schedules for commercial enablement tools including CRM; SFDC experience preferred
  • Experience as an operations product manager in commercial operations or adjacent sales, marketing, or another commercial supporting department preferred
  • Experience or knowledge in B2B sales of diagnostic, med device, or other clinical products

  • Must have experience managing CRM and other commercial enablement technology implementations and/or optimizations

  • Demonstrated experience designing project management, program management, or portfolio management frameworks, not just managing individual projects
  • Must have experience managing commercial enablement projects, partnering with leaders in commercial operations, sales operations, field sales, and technology partners
  • Commercial or revenue operations business acumen with experience aligning tech stack and projects with revenue goals, go-to-market initiatives, and sales enablement strategies
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced stakeholder-rich environments within commercial, sales, marketing, or revenue operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Experience developing workflows, intake processes, or operational systems using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills, including the ability to navigate competing priorities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
