Management Analyst, Senior

On our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with stakeholders and customers, you will identify the elements that work best in their environment and areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward-and the expected results-to leadership.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, science, or information technology management operations research analysis, and financial or cost analysis
• 3+ years of experience with the U.S. Navy
• Experience with training delivery, training service management, and supporting IT systems
• Experience with agile project or program management
• Experience analyzing complex problems, with multiple stakeholders and information sources, to develop recommendations and implement solutions
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including developing briefings and deliverables for senior level stakeholder engagements
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Department of the Navy processes, tools, and executive stakeholder engagements
• Experience with supporting Navy Training Commands, Systems, and Navy curriculum development
• Experience with Navy Acquisition program management
• Ability to communicate written and verbally with Senior Executive Stakeholders and develop executive briefings
• Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Clearance:
