Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• Experience: 10+ years of previous experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of data analysis, inventory tracking tools, and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Tracking & Control: Maintain accurate records of products, conducting regular cycle counts and audits to reconcile inventory with software systems.
• Operations Oversight: Direct receiving, storage, and shipping operations, ensuring goods are processed efficiently.
• Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory, managing reordering and supplier relationships.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse employees, including setting daily goals and enforcing safety compliance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Use software to generate reports on inventory status, identifying discrepancies and trends.
