Our Program: We are offering a 12 month paid, hands-on, meaningful, learning work experience in a variety of disciplines for participants who have graduated from an accredited US hospitality program.

Disciplines: Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Finance and Human Resources.

The Experience: The program is designed to be a time of learning through on-the-job experience, coaching, and developing leadership skills. Participants will complete four program stages within the 12 months. Each one is focused on preparing the participant to assume a leadership role within the company upon successful completion of the program. During this period, participants receive mentorship from senior leaders and take part in unique experiences and projects.
