Provides functional guidance and training of less experienced officers, licensed assistants, and other bank personnel. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent. Required license: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) PA. Life Accident and Health Insurance. Experience: Five to ten years general and specialized experience, specifically up to 10 years investment related experience plus continuing study and education working toward one of several designations (e.g., CFP, ChFC, CW, CEBS, etc.) Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 40% of the day; travels: 40% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, and elbows. Standing is required 10% of the day - branch training/meeting customer. Sitting is required 80% of the day - during sales presentations/customer meetings and preparing and research. Walking is required 10% of the day. Routinely lifts 5 lbs., 2-3 times per day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work and travel.
