The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. S0248 Supervisor, Laboratory Supervises, coordinates and participated in activities of employees performing routine, standardized biological and/or biochemical tests as well as more complex procedures on laboratory specimens, Assumes responsibility for recognizing results or problems that require referral to Medical Director or Administrative Director, Performs additional tasks as requested by Chair of Pathology or his/her designee, Ensures compliance of department with all applicable policies and regulatory agencies, Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in clinical laboratory science, chemical, physical, biological or equivalent to meet requirement of technical personnel qualification based on CLIA and CAP, ASCP certification, Leadership experience and working knowledge of EPIC LIS Preferred Minimum of five (5) years of experience sin area of responsibility Excellent communication skills Choosing RWJBarnabas Health!
