Opportunity

PeopleTec is seeking a Business & Proposal Development Analyst to support proposal development activities across the organization. This position will assist with coordinating proposal team efforts, maintaining proposal tools and repositories, supporting capture and proposal managers, and contributing to business development and proposal process improvements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.

Job Duties:

    Assist with managing and coordinating the work of proposal development team members
  • Monitor federal opportunity websites, such as GovWin and SAM.gov, for current and future opportunities
  • Research and review Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Support the development and execution of the Business Development Training Plan
  • Maintain the proposal repository and related proposal resources
  • Support business development process improvements
  • Coordinate with corporate leadership on proposal development processes, documentation, and improvement initiatives
  • Support capture managers and proposal managers throughout the proposal lifecycle
  • Track proposal action items through completion
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple simultaneous projects

Additional Duties (as needed):

  • Edit proposal content for grammar, readability, effectiveness, and formatting
  • Develop proposal inputs and supporting documentation
  • Maintain writing templates and proposal tools, including outlines and standardized materials
  • Organize, track, and communicate proposal requirements to the Proposal Team
  • Support proposal execution training, as needed


Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and collaborative editing features
  • Basic understanding of the Federal Government Request for Proposal (RFP) process
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across several projects
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with competing priorities
  • Flexibility to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines in a team environment
  • Ability to execute assigned tasks with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Experience supporting federal proposal development, internships, or related business development activities
  • Familiarity with government contracting environments
  • Experience editing, organizing, or formatting professional documents
