What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations and keep the branch running smoothly
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive loan growth, collections, and overall performance
• Review and make decisions on loan applications
• Handle customer situations with professionalism and care
• Set ambitious goals-and inspire your team to exceed them
• Build strong relationships within the local community

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of management experience (loan or collections industry preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
• Experience with installment loans is a plus
• A resilient mindset and a drive to win
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
