Description Housing Program Manager - On Site, Full Time, Day Shift The Housing Program Manager represents and embodies the compassionate mission of the Supportive Housing Ministry which provides quality affordable housing to the most vulnerable members of our society. As the property leader, the Housing Program Manager will ensure compliance with all regulations and financial objectives of the specific ministry, while referencing the Mission and Core Values of Providence as a guide to all management activities. This person has the long-term viability of the property and residents as the motivation for any initiatives and programming that they oversee. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
