• Position: Recruiter

• Location: Endeavor Health Corporate Office (Warrenville or Arlington Heights) IL - Flexible

• Full Time/Part Time: Full time

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5:00pm

• Required Travel: Periodic travel between Endeavor Health locations and job fairs

What you will do:

• Research, plan and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies for a variety of healthcare positions across Endeavor Health

• Develop, facilitate and execute all phases of the full life cycle recruitment process

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify ideal candidate profiles

• Assist with job posting and advertising activities

• Screen and interview qualified candidates

• Coordinate interviews with hiring leaders

• Manage the offer process utilizing salary ranges, candidate experience and internal equity

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, regulations and company policies

• Initiate pre-boarding activities

• Attend and participate in job fairs and other related strategy planning activities

What you will need:

• Education: Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources or related field required

• Experience: 3+ years recruitment experience in healthcare setting or relevant experience

• Skills: Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of Workday Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred

• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
