Position Summary
The Research Specialist in this position provides independent support to the Principal Investigator (PI) with minimal supervision to accomplish the scientific research goals of the laboratory; to include planning, actual experimentation, literature searching, data interpretation and analysis of data, and maintenance of the laboratory. This position is a vital member of the research team of Dr. Neil Alexis under the supervision of Heather Wells.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
Relevant lab experience highly preferred.
