ROLE OVERVIEW The Learning & Development Summer Intern supports AES's US Renewables Supply Chain organization by enhancing workforce skills and capabilities. This role focuses on conducting training needs analyses, developing role-based training strategies, creating a training plan, inventorying the existing training content and identifying gaps, and creating engaging learning content to support the adoption of supply chain tools and policies/procedures. The intern will partner with Supply Chain, Digital, and Change Management teams to ensure AES Supply Chain team (e.g., buyers, inventory clerks, category managers) are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adopt new systems and processes. This role plays a key part in driving user adoption, improving process consistency, and enabling operational excellence.
