From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Senior Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Business Tools Analyst based in Bedford, NH. As part of a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative team, the Senior RGM & Business Tools Analyst will lead the creation and maintenance of internal reporting, utilizing diverse business tools to support cross-functional stakeholders including Field Sales, Sales Leadership, Trade Operations, Sales Finance, and Demand Planning. The successful candidate will provide a 360 view of the business, driving executive-level recommendations that directly impact the Sales team by leveraging data to generate strategic insights. In this role, you will combine business acumen, innovative inquiry, and curiosity to deliver key projects, such as internal tool enhancements, sales forecasting, trade management, ROI evaluations, and data-driven business operations that align with the company's goals and values. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Serve as the analytics lead for in-house pricing reporting across U.S. Yogurt brands, including regular reviews with senior managers and leadership.
- Technical & analytics lead for in-house built Trade Promotional Management tools (TPM) to develop customer trade insights and investment recommendations.
- Function as the primary point of contact for sales reporting, troubleshooting operational issues and optimizing overall systems and data flow.
- Partner with internal teams to evaluate monthly sales forecasts and forecast accuracy at the individual account level, including ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Conduct event-level Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for top customers to identify inefficiencies and deliver clear, actionable insights to Sales and Sales Leadership.
- Lead the development of internal RGM reporting, utilizing external syndicated data to create advanced retailer-level insights on promotional trends, assortment, and pricing.
- Collaborate with Customer Strategy & Planning to support and manage monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reviews with Field Sales teams.
- Own and deliver retailer-level net unit cost reporting and analysis.
- Maintain in-house promotional comparative reporting.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations that translate data into compelling "state of the business" insights and selling stories.
- Build and evolve reporting dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, proactively identifying opportunities and bringing forward creative, data-driven solutions.

Requirements
From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with a focus in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business development, category management, and/or finance; CPG experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience working with syndicated data or similar analytical tools.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Business Objects, or comparable data and reporting platforms.
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred; familiarity with GoSimple is a plus.
- Ability to structure and support business planning efforts, helping to develop and maximize customer opportunities aligned to category and channel objectives.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate meaningful, fact-based insights that drive business-building opportunities and solutions.
- Ability to apply a logical, structured approach to problem solving, including assessing situations, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions using available resources.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and situations, identify key drivers and impacts, and make informed, effective decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and insights, adapt messaging to different audiences, and engage stakeholders with professionalism and tact.
- Ability to develop and deliver well-structured, audience-focused presentations, and effectively communicate in front of groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels, contributing to a team-oriented environment with an open-minded and inclusive approach.
