Non CDL Delivery Driver/Material Packaging - $1500 Sign On Bonus

Hexcel is currently seeking a Non CDL Driver/Material Packaging for our Amesbury, MA location.

Pay Range: $21.50 - $26.50 per hour

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Deliveritemsto and fromvariouslocations.
• Safelyloadandunloadgoodsfromthedeliveryvehicle,ensuringitemsaresecureduringtransport.
• Verifyrecipientdetailsupondelivery andobtainsignaturesforproofofdelivery as well as maintain delivery logs and records.
• Inspectthedeliveryvehicleformechanicalissuesandensureitiscleanand safeforoperation.
• Addressanyissuesorcomplaintsthatariseduringthedeliveryprocess,suchasdamagedgoodsordelays
• Responsible for storing incoming goods, releasing goods from storage, and loading goods for transport.
• Performs common Warehouse tasks, cleaning, safety checks on equipment, etc.
• Stage material appropriately in preparation of loading and shipping for final delivery and maintain the stock levels of packaging materials.
• Active participation in cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
• Conduct duties in a manner that promotes safety and complies with all OSHA standards.
• Final packaging and labeling of finished products ready to ship.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, required.
• Previous experience in driving a box truck preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to delivery schedules
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry heavy items as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Must have good attention to detail.
• Fork Lift experience preferred
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
