The Opportunity

Join Studio, Adobe's in-house creative agency, where creativity, culture, and business strategy converge. Studio delivers high-visibility, global work across brand platforms, flagship campaigns, keynotes, product launches, films, and culturally resonant digital experiences.

As Director of Production, you will work in close partnership with the VP of Creative to shape how the Studio operates, ensuring creative vision is translated into execution with clarity, speed, and excellence. You will lead the execution engine of Studio driving how complex, multi-disciplinary creative work comes to life at scale. You will shape how ideas move from concept to execution, ensuring that creative ambition is realized through strong planning, clear processes, and exceptional production craft.

Operating at the intersection of creativity, execution, and business, you will elevate production as a strategic capability, building a model that supports both scale and creative excellence in an AI-native world. Working in close partnership with the Content Operations team, you will operate within shared systems and workflows while ensuring they translate effectively into high-quality creative output. You will play a critical role in defining how Studio works, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the creative process without compromising speed or innovation.

Partnering closely with Creative, Strategy, and cross-functional leaders, you will align teams, manage complexity, and ensure that bold ideas are delivered seamlessly across every touchpoint.

You will bring clarity to ambiguity, drive accountability across stakeholders, and elevate production as a strategic capability within Studio. You will also redefine how creative work is produced in the AI era, embedding intelligent workflows that unlock both efficiency and entirely new forms of creative output.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, high-visibility creative programs, ensuring seamless delivery from concept through launch
  • Translate creative and strategic direction into structured, executable plans aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resourcing
  • Partner closely with Creative and Strategy leadership to balance ambition with execution, protecting the integrity of the work while ensuring delivery
  • Act as the bridge between creative, strategy, and execution driving alignment, momentum, and clarity across teams
  • Oversee integrated production across formats, including brand campaigns, product storytelling, keynotes, film, social, experiential, and emerging platforms
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of producers and program managers embedded within Creative Studio
  • Shape and evolve the creative production process and workflows, ensuring they support both speed and creative excellence
  • Operate within Content Operations frameworks, ensuring systems and workflows are effectively applied within Studio
  • Manage external partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality, efficient execution and strong creative outcomes
  • Drive clarity, momentum, and accountability across the creative process proactively identifying risks and solving problems
  • Embed AI-enabled workflows into the creative process, unlocking new levels of speed, efficiency, and creative possibility
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Technology teams to pilot and scale new ways of working using Adobe's AI capabilities
  • Lead stakeholder communication at all levels, clearly articulating plans, risks, trade-offs, and solutions
  • Establish a high bar for production craft and execution across all outputs

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in creative production, program management, or integrated production roles within an agency or in-house creative organization.
  • Proven experience leading production and program management for large-scale, complex creative initiatives across multiple channels and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale production systems, workflows, and operational frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of integrated production across digital, film, social, experiential, and emerging media.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing and optimizing complex production budgets.
  • Ability to translate creative vision into execution, balancing ambition with operational realities.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and a curiosity for how emerging technologies can transform production and creative operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, with a focus on improving how teams operate and deliver over time.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing production or program management teams.
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for Adobe products, creativity and craft, with a clear understanding of how production enables great work.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $128,100 -- $289,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In New York, the pay range for this position is $200,200 - $289,900

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
