What we're seeking: You'll lead a high-volume warehouse operation supporting statewide distribution. This role oversees 20-23 union employees and a 100,000 sq. ft. facility with $20M+ in inventory. You're responsible for keeping operations running efficiently, safely, and accurately-while developing your team and driving performance. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Wallingford, CT location to complete your work responsibilities. What you'll do:
