Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Tempe, AZ. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
  • Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
  • Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
  • Makes setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Entry-level support individual contributor.
  • Work is closely supervised.
  • Work consists of routine tasks.
  • Explains facts and practices related to the job area.
  • Detailed instructions are provided, and a close peer review is needed.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Escalates issues to the supervisor for resolution.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, with minimal impact on the team's overall results.
  • Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week. (2 nd shift). 2:30 PM - 12 AM; On Friday, 1 PM - 9:30 PM.
Length: Contract (12 months)
Pay: $19.50 / hr. + 10% shift differential.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as we will be working with glass products.
  • Close attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in handling small products/microchips.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
  • Patience.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
