What You'll Do: Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, products, and equipment Verify shipments against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records Prepare, package, and label products for shipment, including posting weights and charges Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (as needed) Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment or forklifts 1+ years of experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote) Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Forklift (MHE) certification or formal training Strong organizational and time management skills in deadline-driven environments Experience improving processes and maintaining safety standards Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
