The HR Generalist role focuses on delivering high-quality, front-line HR support across the employee lifecycle. This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR processes while partnering closely with a senior HR Business Partner to support both operational and select strategic HR activities within an assigned business area. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who enjoys operational excellence, data accuracy, employee interaction, and exposure to broader HR initiatives. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $62,250 - $91,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What you will do in this role: Provide comprehensive support to HR Business Partners across the employee lifecycle, including employee data management, reporting, performance management, employee relations, and termination processes. Serve as a first point of contact for employees and front-line managers, responding to HR-related questions in a timely, professional, and supportive manner. Maintain accurate and reliable HR data within Workday, ensuring high standards of data integrity and validation. Manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including all onboarding and offboarding activities within Workday. Prepare and extract standard HR reports for analysis and operational use. Partner with HR Business Partners to support basic risk assessments and ensure alignment with HR policies and procedures. Execute operational activities related to the annual Performance Management process, including reporting on leader completion rates, supporting calibration sessions (note-taking), and tracking follow-up actions. Handle basic employee relations matters and support leaders with employee performance documentation and actions. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback and insights as appropriate. What we are looking for: Foundational understanding of HR processes, standards, and tactical HR practices. Basic knowledge of professional HR principles and employee lifecycle management. Working understanding of local employment laws and governance requirements. Ability to apply established HR concepts, practices, and procedures independently within assigned responsibilities. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and follow-through. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees and leaders. Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or related field), or equivalent relevant experience. Entry-level to early professional HR experience with demonstrated ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently. #LI-AP1
